NAME

      pnminvert - invert a portable anymap

SYNOPSIS

      pnminvert [pnmfile]

DESCRIPTION

      Reads a portable anymap as input.  Inverts it black for white and
      produces a portable anymap as output.

DEMONSTRATION

      Let a.pnm be a portable anymap.
      The following command will invert it: 
	pnmmerge pnminvert a.pnm >ainv.pnm
