- idate(5)=zulu (0-23)               
- idate(6)=100*number_of_second_since_last_hour (0,359 999):for datmgp2
- idate(6)=run (0-9):for datmgp 
- idate(7-13)=character format (7A4) of date-time

DESCRIPTION

Given the CMC date time stamp in IDATE(14), this function will transfer it into the date time group format in IDATE(1) to IDATE(6) and its character equivalent in IDATE(7-13). See IDATMG which does the inverse of this function.
